Horrible people to deal with....stay away from them. 0++ seller
“I had bought a phone from them that didn't work. It's defective. I notified them right away of the issue. Their response was that it wasn't made for the networks in the USA and that they don't refund because of that. I said yes it was suppose to work with the frequencies here and had provided them information on the networks that the phone is compatible with based off their information on their website. Other people in the USA are using this phone so why couldn't I? Because it's defective.
I had to open a Paypal case to get my money back. Chinavasion had asked me three times to close the Paypal case even though we were still discussing the phone. I said no I was not going to close the case until I get my money back.
I had asked them four times for an address to return the phone to. With no response.
The communication is horrible. When they do communicate they have no empathy about the phone not working. Basically I was told I should have researched better (which I did). I had paid over $100 for this phone. You can bet that I did research this carefully.
Paypal case is still pending..I will know more in the next week or two what Paypal's final decision will be. This has been going on for almost a month.
Just be prepared if you order something and it's defective/broke it will be all your fault.
