"I've ordered Condor plate carrier from those liars, the PayPal was billed immediately. 3 months they fed me promises that it will arrive shortly and they will send it.. and after 45 days have passed just stopped answering to my e-mails. Really hope that the scumbags will spend my 100$ on medicine."

"This company has been taking orders, charging for items, then sending E-mails stating items are out of stock! There blaming manufacturer for not getting items out to them. DD is no longer responding to my E-Mails in regard to order I placed in Jan. 2013. There voice mailbox is full. There website is down! From what I see on other message boards they have been doing this since May 2012. CROOKS!!!!!"

"I placed an order for a Black Condor Ambidextrous Sling Backpack on 4/5/13 and got an e-mail conformation. After waiting over a week I sent my first email on 4/16/13 inquiring about the status of my order. Another week went by and I sent my second email on 4/22/13. Still with no response. The two phone numbers I could find both had voice mailboxes that were full and the website has since been taken down. I filed a complaint with the Arizona BBB 4/29/13. As of 5/19/13 they have not been able to contact anyone from this company. To date I still have not received the product I paid for nor a phone call or email from anyone at Desert Deuce. I just filed a complaint at IC3.gov this is the FBI internet crime division. Please report your dealings with Desert Deuce to them as well so we can stop them from ripping off others and hold them accountable for their crimes.

"Greetings All, I too have run into problems with Desert Deuce. I have placed 3 orders with them over the past year and every order has always had some or all items on "back order". The first two orders were finally filled and I have all that was ordered. My last order was on 12-29-2012 for $66.16 which was again on "back order". After several attempts to find the status of the order, I got an email using the excuse of "Chinese New Year" as the delay. Because I finally received all the items from my first two orders, I didn't think much of the delay this time either. Because I waited, it is now too late to dispute the purchase through Pay Pal. Getting my product or refund seems impossible now that there is no web site and no return emails. This amounts to a $66.16 waste of money and time for products I needed for work. Desert Deuce MTO has turned out to be a horrible internet company to deal with and now without the product or refund, they are a bunch of thieves!"

" I placed an order totaling 57.26 which was paid through PayPal via the internet. I have yet to receive the merchandise that I ordered and it has now been 90 days since the order was placed. I have corresponded with the company (copy of emails below) and have been given various reasons and tentative dates that the product should be shipped out all of which have passed. I have also contacted the company 3 times in the last 10 days and they are not responding to my emails. I reviewed some of the company ratings by past customers and this company seems to have a history of these types of practices.

Since I was willing to give the company a chance to fulfill the order, I waited past the time at which I could peruse PayPal for a refund. I did this in good faith in order to be fair with the company as I know things happen with the best of companies.

Generally when a customer contacts a business about the status of an order that has been placed, they receive a response from said business. This makes the third time I have contacted your establishment this week with questions about this order which was placed on February 2nd and I have never gotten a reply. I am still waiting on these items, please advise of eta. If i do not here from you in a reasonable amount of time, i will feel compelled to take additional measures in order to get my money back as well as filling a formal complaint on your business. "I complained to my credit card company after I had not received my merchandise 45 days after purchase. The bank told me not to pay the amount of the Desert Deuce transaction so maybe I will be saved from this fraud.
I got mail from Jessica Marquez,
Order Processing Manager at Desert Deuce asking for my patience.
These guys are a scam and should be hunted down by the Arizona commercial authorities and prosecuted.

I don't know what game they are playing but they are up to something. Maybe they try to stretch the customer's patience by saying things like "it'll be just another week and a half before we have your gear and can ship to you."
Maybe if they can stretch it beyond, say, 60 days from the purchase the buyer will lose his right to cancel the transaction and Desert Deuce can keep the money. Usually, credit card merchants are required to accumulate a "reserve" of money with the credit card company to be held (sort of in escrow) in case there are disputed purchases.

These guys are doing a lot of harm to shoppers and the Web commercial community.
My next stop will be filing complaints with the Arizona attorney general and the Better Business Bureau.

BTW, when I noticed that getting my gear was slow and Desert Deuce said "another week" I checked with Condor about the items I had ordered and Condor said they were in ready supply meaning I was being slow-rolled by Desert Deuce.
I'll try to give a negative rating to this fraud rather than a positive integer.

"Did internet recon and found 270-304-5638. It has her listed as a vice president to this company. I called her and she answered. I screamed cussed and yelled at her and she listened and was still apologetic. She was able to get me in the direction I needed to be to get what I need. Talking to Robin let me know one person in that company understood what this whole mess has caused me in funding issues."

"I am rather upset as to what I am reading right now. I placed an order March 30, 2013, and was charged along with an e-mail telling me that the items were back ordered 3 and a half weeks, which didn't bother me, until that time was up, and now it's been over a month and still nothing. I am highly disappointed with what has happened and how this business, which did once care about their customers, has been used for the past few months just to commit thievery among the tactical community."

"SCAMMERS!!! Placed order on 12 March. Was billed to my PayPal immediately. Received an Email from the "Deuce-Shysters" on the 18 march 5 days later indicating ALL items are on back-order.. 3 1/2 weeks.. OK?? No phone response no email no website. BINGO on day 44 of 45 I file a Refund complaint with PayPal before 45 day time limit! Their MO is for you to cool your heals and wait for this refund deadline too expire, or should I say give them a 3/12 week advance getaway! "Placed an order on 27 Feb only to get a reply on 28 Feb stating that all items I ordered were Out-of-Stock. They happily charged my card and stated that the items would be available in a couple of weeks. Two months later, still no delivery. No emails. No answer to calls. Unable to leave voicemails. Website is down. Facebook/Twitter accounts inactive. BBB is looking into it. DON'T DO BUSINESS W/ THESE CLOWNS; THEY'RE CROOKS!!!!"

"As most of you have encountered, same here. Now there website is down, they also took their EBAY store down. Im just waiting now for the phone number to be disconnected. Unable to get a response via email. I was able to cancel my credit card transaction with DDMTO and have since moved my business to LECOR @ www.lecortec.com, I have ordered a few items from this place that DDMTO said they had on their website then told me Condor was the problem, now it looks like DDMTO was the problem because LECOR shipped me my order in 3 days."

"The worst shop I have ever dealed with. They wasted time and feed me with "promises" that items will be in stock soon. Now they don't respond to any type of messages.
I've opened dispute and contacted PayPal support. They informed me that 45-day-limit is over to process the dispute BUT is can be processed in case if there will be a lot of disputes for this seller in near future.
Therefore - open disputes even if time limit is over for it! If we won't be passive - we will get our money back!
And if you think to buy something from this company - don't do it!
