Non-Existent Customer Service
"I ordered an item 18 days ago. No item, tracking info, updates or communication since that date. 8 days ago wrote asking for the status...no response. Done with them, cancelled the order."
"On March 20th I placed my order and received confirmation. By the 26th I had not received shipping/tracking information. No response to my email. I did reach someone by phone who promised to get me the information. By the end of day on the 27th, no call or email. I tried to call twice and went to voicemail. No return call. Did I make a mistake?March 28th. Called again. This time they answered. Told me product discontinued. It is inexcusable that it was offered for sale on their site and it took 8 days to tell me it's not available. I paid more at Crutchfield, but atleast I know I will get it."

"When I saw reviews on ResellerRatings, I was apprehensive of buying something from them - what gave me comfort is 100% rating on Amazon. I took the plunge and I am glad I did.Somehow my sound bar came without the remote - "here we go", I thought to myself, "the reviewers on ResellerRatings were right". I wrote an email to Audiogurus customer service and, shockingly, got response within 20 min of my original email! The replacement remote was sent to me the same day via 2-day delivery! Very, very impressed and surely will buy from this company again!Mark"

"this just is not a reliable business. i have had to call multiple times and each time i am promised a tracking number will be issued and the item will be drop shipped. it's going on 3 weeks no with no item and no tracking number. the bottom line is that this is not a reliable business and this review isn't about shaming them, it's a warning to other shoppers on what you're potentially dealing with. there are people who run a business out of their bedroom who are far more reliable and have much better service than this place"

"Ordered on Feb 14, today is Feb 22nd, no communications, no item shipped. Just don"t know what is happening with my order!! Item showed up on March 7th! Called and spoke to Customer Support. He was very helpful and returned my call the same day."
Audiogurus: Lights On - Nobody Home
"I ordered an item on December 26th that was described as 'Available within 1-2 Business Days. The 'pending' charge appeared on my credit card, so payment was not a problem, and order confirmation emails came as expected. However, it has been one full calendar week, including 4 business days, and I have not heard a peep from audiogurus, even after I made an email inquiry to their customer service. I believe there are laws protecting consumers wherein if a company cannot deliver an item within the advertised time, they must show the item as backordered and cannot collect or encumber any funds until such time as they are able to complete the transaction. Audiogurus has been radio silent and asleep at the wheel. I would describe them as 'lights on, nobody home' during my first experience with them. "

"I ordered a pair of speakers. On their website it says "available in 1-2 business days".After a week I called and the representative said the speakers should arrive from the warehouse in few days (that's after a week).. she said she will call the warehouse to see if it can be shipped directly to my house and she will get back to me by EOD, Never called...."
Product Not In Stock and Did Not Tell Me
"I ordered the product on 11/29/16. Waited until 12/06/16 before I called them to find out what is going on. The rep said, "This product is not in stock and we are waiting for it to get to our warehouse" My project has been on hold for 7 days and will be for another 7 days. I would of gladly paid more money for the product from a different retailer to get it in a reasonable time. What erks me is that there was no indication that product was "not in stock" or "on back order" before I purchased it. That's false advertising. "

Good products -- streamline internal communication
"The product they provided was perfect. The order had one glitch. My order was drop shipped from the manufacturer, and Audiogurus did not supply any shipping or tracking information, not even that the package had shipped or that it would be drop shipped. I called Audiogurus a week after I placed the order and at that time was told that it was back ordered and to expect shipping within the next week. I received the package from the manufacturer later the same day! Seems like a bit of work needs to be done to streamline communication. "
